SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders for standard inventory items are typically shipped within two business days of order placement. Orders containing custom assembled or manufactured parts of specialty sourced items may take longer to ship.

Please keep in mind that we only process orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Thursdays could ship Friday or Monday, while orders placed on Fridays could ship Monday or Tuesday and still fall within our two business day shipping policy. If a standard inventory product you have ordered is on backorder, we will notify you upon receipt of order.

Safetyclimb.com orders typically ship from our Medina, OH warehouse. Orders are typically shipped by LTL or UPS depending on shipment size.

ACCEPTING YOUR SHIPMENT

Before signing for and accepting your shipment from the shipper, please inspect it for damages and/or missing items. If a shipment appears to be damaged, this must be noted on the driver’s delivery receipt or you may lose the right to return or request replacement of the damaged item. Please contact us with any questions regarding accepting your shipment.
